Making tomorrow a little better

Vision

Making tomorrow a little better

How you spend your time is a reflection of your life itself. How you spend your time greatly impact the shape of your life, which is why time is so valuable.

That is why, at TimeTree, we strive to improve how people make use of their precious time.

Mission

Mission

Connecting the time so that everyone around the world can make a choise for a better tomorrow.

TimeTree aims to gather and connect schedules from around the world. Using the power of technology to help achieve better decision-making and schedule management, leading to a life with fewer regrets.

Why

Core values

Focusing on "Why"

Every action has a purpose "Why" that leads to the mission. In order for the team to move in accordance with the mission, and to solve problems essentially without being bound by the methods, we place importance on digging deeper and sharing the "Why".

Learning

Core values

When in doubt, learn.

It is normal to not get the expected results. Everything is a learning opportunity. The only way to get closer to success is to do it quickly and learn from the results to speed up the process of learning and correcting. The only failure is to give up learning. In taking on a challenge that no one has ever done before, failure is not something to be blamed for, but a one step in moving forward.

Respect

Core values

We are a team because we are different.

It is natural that it is difficult to understand each other when we have different experiences and positions. But it is precisely because we are different that it is meaningful to discuss our ideas with each other. Sharing information and discussing issues with everyone at the same level of judgment will greatly enhance the results of the team. We respect each member and value transparency of information and a relationship in which it is easy to express one's opinions.

Self managing

Core values

Proud of this freedom

TimeTree seeks unconventional perspectives and ways of thinking. We believe that these ideas come from a culture of autonomous action, not a culture of being told what to do. We believe that freedom to work in a free manner leads to new ideas, and autonomy leads to quality in every detail of our work.

Sincerity

Core values

Is this a sincere approach?

Even in a challenge with no right answer and an uncertain future, there is also a fact that cannot be mistaken. That is that integrity is the only way to be needed by the world and to continue our business. We believe that the only way to build trust in our business is to continue to deliver output to the world that we can be proud of, and work in an honest way.
